These terms govern Shopify merchants’ use of EcoTraceIT.

Service
EcoTraceIT provides CO₂e estimates, packaging guidance, environmental labels, reports and Carbon Neutral integrations. Features depend on the active plan and available Shopify services.
Estimate limitations
Outputs are operational guidance, not a certified LCA, legal advice or a guarantee of PPWR compliance. Merchants must verify weights, materials, claims, carriers and applicable obligations before commercial use.
Merchant duties
Merchants configure the app, provide accurate information, maintain appropriate legal bases, inform customers and do not use EcoTraceIT for unlawful or misleading activity.
Plans and payments
Free, Pro and Enterprise are managed through Shopify App Pricing. Prices, billing period, trials, plan changes and usage costs are displayed and charged by Shopify before activation.
Availability and liability
We operate the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or third-party availability. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is capped at fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
Term
Merchants may uninstall at any time. We may suspend abusive or unsafe use. Privacy-policy and DPA deletion and portability provisions apply on termination.
